Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Setup fees and monthly subscription fees (including any enabled add-ons) are non-refundable once paid. This applies to the once-off setup fee, to each monthly billing period, and to any add-on fees, whether or not the service is used during the period paid for. By paying, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Cancellation stops future billing; your app remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current period or of any fee already paid — no pro-rata or partial refunds are given.

To cancel, email us at bens@analogueventures.co.za from the address associated with your account. We will confirm the cancellation and the date your billing stops.

Where members buy tickets, products or services through an app we operate, the community running that app is the merchant of record and is solely responsible for fulfilment and for any refunds to its members, under that community's own refund terms. Refund requests for those purchases must be directed to that community, not to us.

This no-refund policy does not exclude or limit any rights you have under South African law that cannot be waived, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where they apply. Where the law requires a refund or a remedy in a specific circumstance, we will honour that obligation. Except where such a right applies, all sales are final.
